  • Die Caryota Mitis, auch als Zopfpalme bekannt, hat einzigartige, gefiederte Blätter von grüner Farbe mit glänzender Oberfläche. Die Blätter sind tief eingeschnitten und haben eine eigentümliche Form, die an einen Schweineschwanz erinnert, was der Pflanze ihren Namen gibt. Die Caryota Mitis kann kleine, unscheinbare Blüten hervorbringen, der Hauptfokus liegt jedoch auf den auffälligen Blättern.

  • Diese Palme bevorzugt leichten bis mäßigen Schatten. Obwohl sie etwas direktes Sonnenlicht verträgt, bevorzugt sie einen Standort mit gefiltertem Licht. Die Caryota Mitis ist ideal für Innenräume und kann auch im Freien in einer geschützten Umgebung aufgestellt werden.
